Tiny tears, American Character,
Made in the 1950s, Tiny Tears is the predecessor of Betsy Wetsy. She came in all different sizes – 11 1/2, 13 1/2, 16 and 20 inches, with rubber body, saran or caracul hair, and an adorable chubby face. In 1968 Ideal putchased her license and started making Betsy Wetsy, who has her own charm. But I personally find this older version much more huggable!

I found this sweetie in an online thriftshop. She was covered with years of grime, and her water sistem is a little bit shaken, but she still cries, after all those years! She definitely has character!
